All our items are handmade and often times some small imperfections/inconsistencies occur (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item). Some examples of these may include light variances of color from what appears on screen, very small bubbles, or other small marks that have no effect on the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of the handmade pieces. Returns will NOT be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.
After receiving your handmade piece, you are unhappy, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve any issue that was a mistake on our part. Due to the nature of our handmade pieces, we will not accept returns or offer refunds on any customized items except in the unfortunate case of damage during shipping.
Returns must be mailed within 14 days from the delivery date (if purchased online) or purchase date (if purchased in person). All merchandise must be clean and unworn. Returns are for store credit only. However, in the unfortunate event an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and will work with you to either offer store credit valued at the cost of the broken item or send a custom replacement. Any returns sent outside of the approved time period are no longer eligible to receive store credit, issue refund, or mail replacements.
